This transformation is based on the photoelectric effect, i.e. the conversion of solar energy from the sun into electrical energy. Some semiconductor materials have the physical property of converting solar radiation into electrical energy. The photovoltaic modules, made from semiconductor materials, upon receiving a direct solar radiation, generates a small, direct current. The union of these modules in series, creating a photovoltaic solar panel, makes this direct current greater. In this same way the union of these panels in series, creating a greater direct current. This voltage, creates a direct current, which is sent to the inverter,responsible for transforming the direct current into alternating current. Once transformed, the alternating current passes through a meter to account for the production obtained, and once recorded, the alternating current is incorporated into the electric grid.

The continuos current consumption is made from the accumulator, however for alternate current power consumption it is necessary to install an inverter which will perform the necessary power transformation.
