GENERAL INFORMATION
Solar fields:
TIERRASOLAR offers you a higly beneficial investment Project: the investment
in a photovoltaic system in one of our solar parks. The electricity produced
with your solar system is sold at prices guaranteed by law. The law “real
decreto 436/2004” guarantees the sales price as an percentage of the reference
average electricity tariff (TMR).
Sales price of the electricity produced:
575% of the reference average electricity tariff (TMR) during 25 years and 460%
during the rest of the lifespan of the installation. The 2006 sales price for
solar electricity is 0,44 €/kWh. This price increases with the electricity
inflation index (IPC). Your receive monthly a bank transfer for the amount of
energy produced. The electricity is paid for by the energy companies which are
forced by law to purchase the solar energy produced in their area of operation.
The high yield of the TIERRASOLAR
solar parks and the guaranteed sales tariffs for the solar electricity produced
offer you maximum financial benefits in a time span that may be over 40 years
(80% of the maximum yield of the solar modules are guaranteed during 20 years).

For a maximum benefit of your investment, TIERRASOLAR chooses
only geographical
locations in Spain with maximum solar yields (Granada, Soria, Álava,

THE COMPANY

its roots in the solar system installation company ENADER S.L., founded in Vitoria,
Spain, in 1999.
At present, TIERRASOLAR constitutes a holding of several companies working in
